APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
KASTELLO - SCHWEFEL
WHEREAS a sketch submitted by Roger Kastello, W180 S6683
Muskego Drive, for the proposed division of approximately three
acres of land in Section 9 on Little Muskego Lake, owned by
Evelyn Schwefel, was referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele
for review and recommendation, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended in
his report dated June 21, 1977, that the proposed four lot develop-
ment be entered by a normal cul-de-sac rather than the hammer head
type which was indicated on the sketch submitted, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele submitted a sketch
indicating how the property could be developed in accordance with
his recommendation, and
WHEREAS Mr. Kastello has now submitted several sketches,
one of which most closely resembles the planner's recommendation
0 and is identified as "last choice" by Mr; Kastello.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the 'Plan Commission of the
Kastello for a four parcel division of the Schwefel property on
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted by Roger
Little Muskego Lake in Section 9 identified as "firsir.cioice".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize
this division with a fee of $25.00 to assist in defraying the
Ordinance.
cost of review in tccordance with Section 10.3 of the Land Division
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any action taken by the Plan
Commission in no way intends to usurp the Common Council's
authority to determine use of the city's sewer facilities.
