APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
WAYNE PETERSON
WHEREAS a sketch submitted.by Wayne Peterson for a three
acre division of his property at S68 W16918 Martin Drive has
been pending before the Plan Commission, and
neighborhood study of the Peterson, Rinderle and Stickney
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has submitted a
properties which indicates the best possible road layout in
relation to possible sewer extensions because of the unusual
tracts of land involved, and
WHEREAS Wayne Peterson has now submitted a revised sketch
for a one parcel division of his property which would not
necessitate the construction of a road through the three properties
at this time, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-1 District which requires 30,000 sq.
ft. lots with 120' average width and the newly proposed
lot meets the square footage requirements however has 7.50' less
than the average width required, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 2.5 of the Land Division
Ordinance, the Plan Commission may waive or modify any requirement
if in their judgment exceptional or undue hardship would result,
and in their opinion exceptional hardship would result if the
proposed road would be constructed on the three properti-es before
those persons involved were contemplating the development of
their properties.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised sketch for the
division of the Wayne Peterson property on Martin Drive in the
SW 1/4 of Section 3 subject to the removal of the non-conforming
cottage existing on the proposed parcel and subject to the condition
that when a dwelling is constructed on the property the setback
from the front lot line shall be 40'.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission grants
the variance necessary to create this lot..
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be-
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize
this division with a fee of $25.00 to assist in defraying the
cost of review.
