APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
JOHN MOSER
WHEREAS John Moser, W127 S9133 North Cape Road, has
submitted a sketch for a one parcel division of the Frank
Moser property on Ryan Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 24, and
WHEREAS this is an R-2 District which requires 60,000
sq. ft. lots with 175' average width and the lot proposed
more than meets these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted for
0 a one parcel division of the Moser property on Ryan Road in
Section 24.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to
finalize this division with a fee of $25.00 to assist in defraying
the cost of review.
