APPROVAL OF SKETCH €OR LAND DIVISION
(PARKLAND PLAZA PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)
NORTHRIDGE BANK
parcel division of the Parkland Plaza planned unit development
property on Janesville Road in Section 10, and
WHEREAS Northridge Bank has submitted a sketch for a two
WHEREAS the division includes a portion of land (lagoons
and open space) which had been presumed to be part of the Parkland
subdivision, and it will be necessary that the city be assured
that they will be properly maintained and that adequate landscaping
will provide protection for the adjacent residential area, and
WHEREAS adjacent to this parcel is a second parcel owned
by Mr. Sam Lawent, former developer of Parkland Plaza, which has
been leased to Freedom Square condominium development for a
recreational area and it would be in the best interest of all
concerned if this recreational area (tennis courts) could be
conveyed permanently to the Freedom Square condominium development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the proposed sketch for a
two parcel division in the Parkland Plaza planned unit development
subject to the following conditions:
1. The execution of a quit-claim deed to convey the .861
acre (tennis courts), now under a 99 lease agreement, to-
the Freedom Square condominium development.
