APPROVAL OF SIGN
TRUE VALUE - PARKLAND MALL
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the placement of the True Value logo
on the Parkland Mall free-standing sign to replace the existing
Ben Franklin sign, located at Parkland Mall, S74 W17000 Janesville
Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to:
(1) The removal of the existing Ben Franklin sign on the building,
(2) The removal of the truck that is presently parked adjacent
to Highway 24 with the True Value logo on it, and (3) The removal
of all illegal signs and paraphernalia that are presently placed
on the building,
