APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
LAKE LORE
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved a final plat for Lake
Lore Estates in Resolution #P. C. 75-76 adopted July 6, 1976, and
WHEREAS a final plat prepared by Thomas D. Inman, May 2, 1977,
known as Lake Lore, is a redivision of Lots 1, 2, 3, 20, 21, 22
and 23 of Lake Lore Estates, and
WHEREAS these revisions were required because of poor soils
and the need to create an outlot to permit construction of the
pumphouse, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended approval
of the final plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat for Lake Lore, a
redivision of a portion of Lake Lore Estates.
