REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
AMERICAN COLLEGE SITE PLAN (Revised)
WHEREAS a site plan for Phase 1 development of American College
was approved by the Plan Commission March 16, 1976, and
WHEREAS a revised site plan indicating the relocation of one
of the buildings for student housing in Phase 1 was approved by
the Plan Commission May 3, 1977 subject to the condition that the
parking area be relocated, and
WHEREAS a revised site plan has been submitted which shows the
relocation of the parking lot and activity buildings in Phase 1
and future housing buildings in Phase 2.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby refer the revised site plan dated May
1977 prepared by Jahnke & Jahnke to Planning Consultant Mang
for review and recommendation.
