APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
LAKE BRITTANY ESTATES
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved a preliminary plat for
a Planned Unit Development known as West Lake Estates in Resolu-
tion #P. C. 33-77 adopted March 15, 1977, and
WHEREAS a final plat prepared by Stanley J. Potrykus.
April 12, 1977, with the name changed from West Lake Estates to
Lake Brittany Estates, has now been submitted for approval, and
WHEREAS Zoning Officer Lee has reviewed the final plat and
has determined that it is in conformance with the approved pre-
1 iminary plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat for Lake Brittany
Estates, subject to the condition that the street name of Windsor
Circle be changed to a name that is not similar to another street
name in the city, and that will be acceptable to Zoning Officer Lee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval does not waive the
requirements of the zoning ordinance concerning planned unit
developments.
