APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPE PLANS

WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the bui
operational plans for St. Francis Savings & Loan
Janesville Road January 4, 1977, and
Iding, site and

WHEREAS a landscape plan has been submitted by Schallock,
Petersen 6 Assoc., Inc., and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has reviewed the
plan and has recommended approval subject to the condition that
an additional low hedge be planted along the northwest corner of
the bui Iding.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the landscape plan for St. Francis
Savings & Loan subject to the condition that an additional low
hedge be planted along the northwest cdrner of the building.
