APPROVAL OF CERTl FlED SURVEY MAP
PAUL J. BEARDSLEY
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Kenneth E.
Berke, land surveyor, May 20, 1977, has been submitted to finalize
a two parcel division of the Beardsley property on McShane Drive
in Section 12, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 20,000 sq. ft.
lots with 110' average width and the lots proposed meet these
requ i remen ts.
THEREFORE BE IT PESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map for this
two parcel division of the Paul J. Beardsley property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer. i
