RECOMMENDATION TO DENY LEGAL STATUS

WHEREAS there is an existing dwelling on one lot, a cottage
on the middle lot and a vacant lot to the west, and
WHEREAS two lots have a width of 53' each and the lot to the
east has a width of 54', and
WHEREAS this isan RS-3 OED District which requires 75' average
width and 11,250 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS it would be possible to redivide the lots to conform
with the zoning requi rements.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the
request of Dorothy Rea for legal status for three lots at the end
of Gold Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 be denied.
