ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
MICHAEL BRANDT
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Michael Brandt, 567
W13015 Larkspur Road, to permit construction of a 20' x 14'
unattached, second garage structure, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Architec-
tural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Michael
Brandt for a 20' x 14' unattached, second garage structure.
