APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
MAPLE HILL ESTATES ADDN. NO. 2
(TOWN OF VERNON)
.WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved a preliminary plat
for a subdivision known as Maple Hill Estates Addn. No. 2 in
the Town of Vernon which falls within Muskego's extra-territorial
21, jurisdiction in Resolution #P. C. 142-76 adopted December
1976, and
WHEREAS a final plat prepared by Stanley J.-Potrykus
March 24, 1977, has now been submi tted for approval, and
WHEREAS Zoning Officer Lee has reviewed the final plat and
has determined that it is in conformance with the approved pre- 0 liminary plat.
THEREF0P.E P.E IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat for Maple
Hill Estates Addn. No. 2 in the Town of Vernon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Cornmission recommends
to the Common Council that the final plat for Eaple Hill Estates
kddn. No. 2 in the Town of Vernon be approved.
