RECOMMENDAT ION TO COMMON COUNC I L
VACATION OF FOREST DRIVE EXTENSION
MUSKEG0 SHORES SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS the Plan Commission has discussed the vacation of
the extension of Forest Drive as indicated on the recorded plat
of Muskego Shores Subdivision, and
WHEREAS it was the consensus of their opinion that this
road as proposed would not provide convenient circulation
through, or convenient access to, the property to the north when
it is developed, and
will
WHEREAS if the road is vacated, the lots on either side
gain additional area which, in turn, will create less
0 dens i ty and will a1 leviate a crowded area.
Tt!ERE,FORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
they begin proceedings to discontinue and vacate the proposed
extension of Forest Drive as indicated on the recorded plat of
Muskego Shores Subdivision.
