APPROVAL OF PRELI MI NARY PLAT
GUERNSEY MEADOWS ADDN. NO. 1
WHEREAS a preliminary plat for Guernsey Meadows Addn. No. 1,
prepared by Stanley J. Potrykus January 20, 1977, with revision
date of May 2. 1977, has been submitted for approval by the Plan
Commission, and
WHEREAS Guernsey Meadows Addn. No. 1 is Phase 2 of 'the Guernsey
kadows planned unit general development plan which was approved by
the Plan Commission August 20, 1974, and
WHEREAS a 33 lot sketch for this Phase 2 development was re-
viewed by the Plan Commission at their meeting April 19, 1977, and
it was their decision that they would be receptive to a 31 lot
