PCR1977058RESOLUTION #P. C. 58-77 RECOMMENDATION TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN SECTIONS 5 AND 8 ADRIAN SCHMIDT WHEREAS a petition has been pending before the Plan Commission to rezone approximately 24 acres of the Adrian Schmidt property from R-1 to RS-1 to permit the development of 30,000 sq. ft. lots, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended, after a study of.the area in question and adjacent areas, that the topography in the total area proposed to be rezoned does not lend itself to high density and that there would be a question as to the feasibility of sewering the north portion of the Schmidt property, and WHEREAS the planner has recommended that an area including the southern portion of the Adrian Schmidt property which would include 4 of the proposed lots and property to the south would be suitable for development in the RS-1 District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that an area including 4 proposed lots of the Adrian Schmidt property in the SW. 114 of Section 5 and adjoining property to the south in the NW 114 of Section 8 be rezoned from R-1 to RS-1 as indicated on the attached exhibit.
