APPROVAL OF REVISED SITE PLAN
AMERICAN COLLEGE
WHEREAS a site plan for American College was approved
by the Plan Commission March 16th, 1976, and
WHEREAS the approved-site-plan -was for-Phase -1 development I
which--incl-uded~-4 -buildings-with 8 units each for student--housing
and an activities building, and
WHEREAS a revised site plan has been submitted PequeSting
approval to relocate one of the buildings for student housing 9 because of poor soil conditions, and
WHEREAS a parking area is indicated on the revised site
plan which does not appear to be compatible with the total
development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the revised site plan prepared by
Jahnke & Jahnke Qhich indicates the relocation of one of the
buildinsfor student housing subject to the condition that the
parking area be relocated.
