ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF ADDITION
VALLEY TAP
WHEREAS Doris Thew, owner, has submitted plans prepared by
McCulloch April 5, 1977, for a proposed new addition to Valley
Tap, W191 S6409 Racine Avenue, and
WHE~REAS-thi-s is a pemi.tted- use-by-right-in .this RS-2 OHS
District subj.ect to-approval. by the Plan Commission of building,
site and operational plans, and
WHEREAS the Board of Appeals, at their meeting February 24,
" 1977, granted a 6' variance in setback from Hillendale Drive 9 and 10' variance in setback from Luckow Drive to permit this 33'
X 10' addition, subfect to relocation of the parking lot, and
WHEREAS the plans for the addition have been reviewed by
Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee and they
have recommended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the plans submitted for a 33' x 10'
addition to Valley Tap subject to the condition that the parking
area be relocated to the rear of the property and that the parking
area be asphalted by July 1, 1978.
