APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
RAYMOND W. INGOLD
WHEREAS a petition submitted by Raymond W. Ingold for a
conditional use grant to permit the garage at the rear of his
property ZK S76 W17501 Janesville Road to be used for the repair
and sale of small outboard motors is pending before the Plan
Commission, and
WHEREAS the petition includes a request for a 4' x 4',
identification sign to be located on the southwest comer of
Janesville Road and the driveway, and
WHEREAS the necessary public hearing was held before the
Plan Commission Tuesday, April 19th.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does
hereby approve the conditional use grant for Raymond W. Ingold
to permit the garage at the rear of his property at S76 W17501
Janesville Road to be used for the repair and sale of small
outboard motors and approves a 4' x 4', identification sign.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
conditions that the business shallrnot operate after 1O:OO P. M. and -
that there shall be no outside storage of materials.
