APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
LAKEWOOD VILLAGE
TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
been requested to approve a preliminary plat for Lakewood
Village, a proposed subdivision in the Town of Vernon, which
falls within Muskego's extra-territorial jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat, prepared by Kit Kuokkanen,
September 28, 1976, indicates thatc40 lots are proposed of
one acre or more in size, and
WHEREAS this preliminary plat has been. reviewed by
Planning Consultant Mangiamele and he recommends approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommend to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary plat for Lakewood Village
in the Town of Vernon.
