ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
DAVID GARNER
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by David Gamer, S76
W19298 Prospect Drive, to permit construction of a 20'2" x
12'3", unattached, second garage structure, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission (Architectural
Control Board) does hereby approve the request of David Garner
for a 20'2" x 12'3", unattached, second garage structure.
