APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
SILAS ANDERSON
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by National Survey
March 23, 1977, has been submitted to finalize a one parcel
division of the Silas Anderson property on Woods Road in Section
1, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution BP. C. 22-77 subject to the condition
that a 40' easement be provided through the proposed lot and a
20' easement be provided along the west boundary of the property
-9 for storm drainage purposes, and
WHEREAS the certified survey map does not indicate the
required easements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
submitted to finalize a one parcel division of the Silas Anderson
property on Woods Road in Section 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
condition that a 40' easement be provided through the proposed lot
and a 20' easement be provided along the west boundary of the
Anderson property for storm drainage purposes.
