DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS
FREDERICK GILLE
WHEREAS Frederick Gille, W185 S9117 Racine Avenue, has
submitted a petition requesting legal status for two existing
lots in the SW 1/4 of Section 21, and
WHEREAS this is an Agriculture District which requires
three acre lots with 300' average width and the lots combined
equal four acres with 350' average width, and
WHEREAS the soil maps indicate that this property would
not be suitable for an on-site,:private, sewage disposal system.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego hereby recommends to the Common Council that the
request for legal status submitted by Frederick Gille for two
existing lots in the SW 114 of Section 21 be denied.
