SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
WAYNE PETERSON
WHEREAS a sketch submitted by Wayne Peterson for a three
acre division of his property at S68 W16918 Martin Drive was
referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele by the Plan Commission
March 1, 1977, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
that a neighborhood study be prepared which would include the
Peterson, Rinderle and Stickney properties to determine best
possible road layout in relation to possible sewer extensions
because of the unusual tracts of land involved.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the proposed division of the
Wayne Peterson property to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for
a neighborhood study which would include the Peterson, Rinderle
and Stickney properties.
