DENTAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
LEONARD SHERPER
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for a four parcel
division of the Leonard Sherper property near the comer of
Gold Drive and College Avenue, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requ2res 20,000
sq. ft. lots with 110' average width and the lots as proposed
have less than the average width required.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the sketch submitted for a
four parcel division of the Leonard Sherper property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be re
ceptive to a three parcel division of this property which will
meet the requirements of this RS-2 District.
