DENIAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
MELFORD FOTH
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Melford Foth, New
Mexico, for a two parcel division of his property on the southeast
corner of Janesville Road and Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 110' average
width and 20,000 sq. ft. lots and, although the proposed lots
more than meet these requirements, the remainder of the property
indicated as Parcel 2 on the sketch would not lend itself to
proper future development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the sketch submitted for a two
parcel division of the Melford Foth property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Comission will be
receptive to a division which will provide the capabilities for
better future land use.
