APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
HENRY KURTH
WHEREAS Henry Kurth, W145 S6645 Tess Corners Drive, has
submitted a sketch for a two parcel division of his property on
Tess Corners Drive, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-1 District which requires 30,000
sq. ft. lots with 120' average width and the lots proposed more
than meet these requirements, and
WHEREAS one of the 'existing outbuildings will straddle the
lot line between Lot 1 and the remaining property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for this two
parcel division of the Henry Kurth property.
BE IT FUFCCHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
condition that there be an agreement between the owners of Lot 1
and the remaining property as to the disposition of the outbuilding
straddling the lot line.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize
e the division.
