APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPE PLANS
COUNTRY CLUB OAKS
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approvdthe final plat for
Country Club Oaks March 15, 1977, and
WHEREAS this approval was subject to the condition that
landscaping plans be submitted for the cul-de-sac and that the
access to the outlots will be delineated in a manner acceptable to
the Plan Commission, and
Q WHEREAS plans prepared by Inman Engineering March 22, 1977, have
been submitted which indicate the landscaping of the cul-de-sac and
a 6 ft. wide bark path which will provide access to the outlots, and
WHEREAS these plans have been reviewed by Planning Consultant
Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee and they have recommended approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the landscape plans submitted for
Country Club Oaks.
