APPROVAL OF SIGN REQUEST
SIEGER OLDS
- BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the' City of
Muskego does hereby, upon recommendation of the Architectural
Sub-conunittee, approve the following signs for Sieger Oldsmobile,
~73 W16437 Janesville Road:
A 9' x 9', 28' high, maroon and white, internally lighted,
Oldsmobile dealership, identification sign,
A 6' x 6', 21' high, maroon and white, internally lighted,
"Used Car" sign, and
A 4' x 4'. maroon and white, wall projecting sign indicating
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
condition that automobiles shall not be parked in the visual
setback area at the comer of Janesville Road and Bay Lane as
indicated on the attached exhibit.
