APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
LINCOLNSHIRE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for the division of
Outlot 1, Block 1, Lincolnshire Subdivision, and
WHEREAS the lots as proposed more than meet the requirements
of this RS-2 District, .and
WHEREAS. Inman -Engineering has indicated that.; the^ proposed
lots could be-served by the municipal sanitary sewer.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for the division
of Outlot 1, Block l,.Lincolnshire Subdivision. ..-
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the Sewer .Committee and the^ city engineer.
