WHEREAS a preliminary plat for West Lake Estates prepared
by Stanley ~J. Potrykus February 16, 1977, has been submitted for
approval, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
planned unit develapment in. Reso1uti.oi-c SIP.; Ci. 139_-.76:-:adopted "
December -7 th, 1976,- and-.
WHEREAS .Planning Consultant- Mangiamele-recormnended-that--the
Plan Commission be advised as to the development of the future
0 multifamily~ units in Phase 2 of the planned unit development, and
WHEREAS -the developers have now^ indicated that- the area ~-

indicated as -Phase 2 wil~l be an outlot.
THEREFORE-T BE- IT..RESOLV.ED that the Plan-~Commi-ssion~ of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat for West Lake
Estates subject to favorable reports and recommendations from the
objecting and approving agencies. -
