APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
COUNTRY CLUB OAKS
WHEREAS a final plat for Country Club Oaks, prepared by
Thomas Inman, January 28th, 1977, has been submitted for approval,
and
WHEREAS the final plat conforms with the approved preliminary
plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat for Country Club Oaks
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval does not waive the
requirements of the zoning ordinance concerning planned unit devel-
opment and that landscaping plans will be required.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the access to the outlots will be

delineated in a manner acceptable to the Plan Comission.
