ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
LAKEWOOD VILLAGE - TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS a preliminary plat forLakewoodVillage subdivision
in the Tom of Vernon was denied by the Plan Commission May 4,
1976, in Resolution #P.: C . 44-76, and
WHEREAS a revised preliminary-plat prepared by Kit Kuokkanen,
land -surveyor, .for Albe construction Co. has-now been- submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT.RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby acknowledge receipt of the preliminary plat
forLakewood Village subdivision in the Town of Vernon.
BE-IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will not
take action until reports and recommendations have been received
from the objecting and approving -.agencies.
