APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
MRS. CEILLE
WHEREAS a revised preliminary plat for Mrs. Ceille, a 28
lot subdivision east of Freedom Acres in Section 11, was
received and acknowledged by the Plan Commission January 18,
1977, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 Distl-ict which requires 20,000
sq. ft. lots with 110' average-width and the lots meet these

THEREFORE 'BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat for
Mrs. Ceille in accordance with Section 7 of the Land Division
Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recommends
approval of the preliminary plat to the CommomCouncil.
