APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
SILAS ANDERSON
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted by Silas Anderson,
S70 W13108 Woods Road, for a one parcel division of his property
in the SE 114 of Section 1, and
WHEREAS the proposed parcel will be approximately 21,275 sq.
ft. in area with 185' average width, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District requiring 20,000 sq. ft. lots
with 110' average width and the lot proposed more than meets these
requirements, and -

WHEREAS it will be necessary that a 40' easement through the I I
proposed-lot and a 20'-.:easement along the west boundary-of the
Ander~son property be provided for storm drainage purposes. I
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED-that-the Plan Commission of the City I
of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted by Silas Anderson
for a one half acre division of his property in Section 1. I
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be I
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map to finalize
this division subject to the condition that the necessary easements
are indicated thereon.
