WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Clarence H.
Piepenburg, land surveyor, February 11, 1977, has been submitted
to finalize a one parcel division of the Edward Kanunerer property,
on Ryan Road in.Section 24, and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
submitted to finalize a one parcel division of the Edward
Kammerer property on Ryan koad in Section 24.
