PCR1977017RESOLUTION #P. C. 17-77 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT WILDFLOWER WHEREAS the preliminary plat for Wildflower, a planned unit development, prepared by Kit Kuokkanen and Richard Stenzel, surveyors, has been pending .before the Plan Commission, and WHEREAS the total development proposed is for 40 single family lots, 60 zero lot line patio homes, and 144 apartments - a total of 244 units, and WHEREAS the Common Council has granted municipal sewers for 40 single family lots, 44 zero lot line patio homes and 42 apartments - a total of 126 units. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat prepared for the Wildflower planned unit development. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recommends to the Common Council that the preliminary plat for Wildflower be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. That Outlot 4 is designated as dedicated to the City of 2. That the lot lines are removed in the multi-family area 3. That consideration be given that the farming operation Muskego for park purposes. thus creating one lot for each multi-family cluster. on the east side of Recine Avenue will be phased out. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval does not waive the requirements of the zoning ordinance and subdivision control ordinance concerning planned unit developments.
