PCR1977015RESOLUTION #P. C. 15-77 RECOMMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT ACCESSORY BUILDINGS BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that amendments be made to the Muskego Zoning Ordinance to clarify accessory buildings in accordance with the attached proposal submitted by the Zoning Coordinator, Gerald P. Lee. City of Muskego Plan Commission Defeated Deferred bjs 1-31-77 AMENDMENTS TO CLARIFY ACCESSORY BUILDINGS - As Amended 17:2.02(16) Garage, Private: A structure in excess of 120 sq. ft. primarily intended and used for the storage or shelter of materials, equipment, supplies or motor vehicles. 17:4.05(2) G. Accessory Buildings. On lots under 120,000 sq. ft., one accessory building used for the purpose of storage of materials, equipment and supplies may be permitted provided it does not exceed 120 sq. ft. Accessory buildings not .exceeding 100 sq. ft. in ground area and not exceeding 7 feet in height, or any other permitted structure serving an accessory use, may be permitted within three (3) feet of the lot line, but only to the rear of the principle building. 17:8.01 (7) B.2. On lots of at least 120,000 sq. ft. and up to and including 400,000 sq. ft., stables, barns and poultry houses, sheds and other similar structures are permitted subject to approval by the Plan Commission provided that the total floor area of all outbuildings combined shall not exceed 1% of the lot area, and the buildings housing domestic livestock or poultry shall not be closer than 50 ft. to the lot line.
