RECOMMENDATION TO DENY LEGAL STATUS
WILLARD ANDERSON
WHEREAS Willard Anderson, W175 S7014 Hiawatha Drive,
has submitted,a petition requesting legal status for Lots
3 and 4, Block 13, Muskego Shores Subdivision, and
WHEREAS Mr. Anderson's existing home is on Lot 4, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-3 OED District which requires 11,250
sq. ft. in area and 75' average width, and
WHEREAS Lot 4 has 60' average width with 7200 sq. ft. in
e area and Lot 3 has 60' average width with 12,857 sq. ft. in
area, and -
WHEREAS previous requests for legal status have been denied
in this subdivision to alleviate increased density and overcrowding.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the
request of Willard Anderson for legal status for Lots 3 & 4,
Block 13, Muskego Shores Subdivision, be denied.
