APPROVAL TO REPLAT EXISTING LOTS
SACHI-KASTELLO
WHEREAS a sketch submitted by Roger Kastello to re-divide
into three parcels Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, Kingston's Subdivision
No. 1, owned by Alphonse Sachi, was referred to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended approval
because the lots as proposed meet the requirements of the district
in which they are located and will be more suitable for development
as replatted. e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch to re-divide into three
parcels Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, Kingston's Subdivision No. 1.
