APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
EDWARD KAMMERER
WHEREAS Edward Kamerer, S95 W13410 Ryan Road, has submitted
a sketch for a one parcel division of his property on Ryan Road,
and
WHEREAS this is an R-2 District which requires 60,000 sq. ft.
lots with 175' average width and the lot proposed more than meets
these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for this one parcel
division of the Edward Karmnerer property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be re-
ceptive to the receipt of a certified survey map to finalize the
division.
