MAPLE HILL ESTATES ADD'N NO. 1
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
(TOWN OF VERNON)
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved a preliminary plat for
a subdivision known as Maple Hill Estates Add'n No. 1 in the Town
of Vernon which falls within Muskego's extra-territorial juris-
diction in Resolution #P. C. 130-76 adopted November 2, 1976, and
WHEREAS a final plat prepared by Stanley J. Potrykus
December 9, 1976, has now been submitted for approval, and
WHEREAS Zoning Officer Lee has advised that there are
revisions between the preliminary plat and final plat which
do not, however, modify the substance of the plans significantly. 0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the final plat for Maple Hill
Estates Add'n No.:I:inrthe Town-of Vernon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recmends
to the Common Council that the final plat for Maple Hill Estates
Add'n No. 1 in the Town of Vernon be approved.
