ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(REVISED)
MRS. CEILLE
WHEREAS a revised preliminary plat for Mrs. Ceille
for the development of 28 lots east of Freedom Acres
subdivision in Section 11, prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin &
Associates under revision date of January 3, 1977, has
been submitted to the Plan Commission €or approval, and
WHEREAS the revised plan has been prepared to permit
a reservation for the proposed freeway corridor, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 3.2 of the Land
Division Ordinance, the preliminary plat has been referred
to the objecting agencies and to all affected city boards,
commissions and departments €or their review and recommendation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
does hereby acknowledge receipt of the revised preliminary
plat for Mrs. Ceille.
BE IT EVRTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will
not take action until the reports and recommendations
from the objecting agencies and affected city boards,
commissions and departments have been received.
