APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
COUNTRY CLUB OAKS
WHEREAS a preliminary plat for Coantry Club Oaks, a planned
unit development, prepared by Inman, Inc., for Scott Krause,
wzs receiv.ed. by. the Plan Commission August 3, 1976, and
WHEREAS the plat indicates the development of 5 lots on
approximately 12 acres in Section 26 at the end of Groveway
Lane, and
WHEREAS -Planni.ng ~G.onsultant IMangiapele 'has -reviewed-:t.he:x
layout and recommends approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat for
Country Club Oaks subject to the condition -that the .Common- Council
approves the rezoning of the property from Agriculture to RCE
Country Estate with an Overlay for Planned Unit Development;.-.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to'the Common Council that the
the preliminary plat be approved subject to receipt of an
acceptable developer's agreement, deed restrictions, landscape
plans and engineering plans.
