APPROVAL OF BUILDING PLANS

WHEREAS building, site and operational plans for St. Francis
Savings & Loan, S74 W17100 Janesville Road, prepared by Schallock,
petersen & Associates, Inc., November 18, 1976, have been submitted
for approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that'theplan Conunission-of-the~City
of Muskego does m hereby approve the^ building plans -and the location-
0 of the building on the site for St. Francis Savings & Loan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the parking layout and landscape
plans to be submitted are hereby referred to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
