(AS AMENDED)
APPROVAL OF SIGN
HOUSE OF HOMES
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Com'ission of the City of
Muskego does hereby, upon recormendation of the Architectural
Sub-corrunittee, approve the request of John Couture to alter
the existing sign at House of Homes, S63 W13131 Janesville Road,
subject to the following conditions:
1. That the House of Homes real Estate sign be 4' x 8'
in size. top^ sign)
2. That the State Farm Insurance sign be 4' x 6' in size.
(Second sign)
3. That there be a minimum of 10' between the bottom of
the second sign and the grade level.
4. That the 5 signs proposed below the insurance sign be
eliminated.
5. That the two permitted signs be illuminated similarly.
6. That the landscaping as pro?osed be conpleted by June 1,
1977.
