APPROVAL OF SIGN
RITE REALTY FOR KRISTIN DOWN SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS Rite Realty Corp. has requested approval to erect
an 8' x 8', temporary sign to identify Kristin Down subdivision,
and
WHEREAS this proposed sign will be identical in coloring
and lettering to the 8' x 16' sign existing at Kristin Drive
and Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS the sign will be located on Outlot 1 south of
Kristin Drive at Pioneer Drive, and
WHEREAS temporary signs may be permitted up to a period
of one year.
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Rite Realty
to erect an 8' x 8', temporary sign to identify Kristin Down
subdivision to be located on their Outlot 1 for a period of one
year.
