APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
MAPLE HILL ESTATES ADD'N NO. 2
TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
been requested to approve a preliminary plat for Maple Hill
Estates Add'n No. 2, a proposed subdivision in the Town of Vernon,
which falls within Muskego's extra-territorial jurisdiction, and
WHEREAS the preliminary plat, prepared by Stanley J. Potrykus,
land surveyor, November 26, 1976, indicates that 33 additional
lots are proposed of one acre or more in size, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the preliminary plat
for Maple Hill Estates Add'n No. 1 in their Resolution SIP. C.
130-76 adopted November 2, 1976, and
WHEREAS, because of the location of the proposed subdivis ion
in the Tom of Vernon, there would not be an affect on the City
of Muskego's traffic pattern nor would it affect the city's
drainage pattern.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommend to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary plat for Maple Hill Estates
Add'n No. 2 in the Town of Vernon under the extra-territorial
jurisdiction.
