APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT
BOHRER'S MEATS & APPLIANCE CO.
WHEREAS Ronald Bohrer has submitted a petition requesting
that an expansion of Conditional Use 86 be granted to permit
construction of a 50' x 100' building for warehouse purposes
at Bohrer's Meats & Appliance Co., S83 W20411 Janesville Road,
and
WHEREAS.=thetnecessary.-Lpubli<::hearing:was -held-before~-the::-
Commission December-7th, 1976,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that- the-T plan Commission -of- the
City of Muskego does hereby approve this request for expansion
- of Conditional Use 86 to permit construction of a 50' x 100'
building forwarehousepurposes at Bohrer's Meats & Appliance
Co. subject to the following conditions:

1. That.the use of this building will be for.warehouse
purposes only.
2. That landscaping be provided along the front of the
proposed warehouse building in accordance with plans to be
submitted to the Commission for approval.
