APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
PAUL GROBER
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Edward A.
Hurley, land surveyor, September 1, 1976, has been submitted
to finalize a 3.70 acre division of the Paul Grober property
on High Bluff Drive in Section 6, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele reviewed a
neighborhood plan at the last meeting which included the
Grober property along with other ownerships in the area, and
WHEREAS the planning consultant has indicated that this
one parcel division will be acceptable subject to location of
the house on the property,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comnission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
submitted to finalize a one parcel division of the Grober
property in Section 6.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
